During our extensive experience, we occasionally catered to industrial project requirements. This exposure highlighted a significant gap in the market: the industrial sector's need for high-quality, customized paint solutions was not being adequately met. We noticed that many industrial facilities were using substandard products, which did not cater to their unique environmental and operational demands. This resulted in reduced durability, higher maintenance costs, and overall inefficiency.

Mr. Hitesh Shah
Mr. Hitesh Shah has been at the helm of BP Shah and Company for over 30 years, leading the business with a legacy that dates back to the 1960s, when his great grandfather first founded the company. As the third-generation leader, he upholds the family’s longstanding values of integrity, honesty, and ethical business practices. He brings a wealth of experience to the business, consistently delivering technical excellence and client-centric solutions. Known for his commitment to understanding the intricacies of each project, he meticulously dives into the technical requirements to ensure that the solutions provided align perfectly with client needs. His dedication to both quality and service makes him a trusted advisor in the field.

Mr. Yash Shah
Mr. Yash Shah, a graduate of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, is the fourth generation in BP Shah and Company, bringing innovation and a fresh approach to the business. His diverse background spans organizing employer events, launching a healthy food business, and working in retail furniture manufacturing. With a focus on building a scalable, process-driven enterprise, Yash uses technology and data-driven insights to improve customer experience and streamline operations. As a young entrepreneur, he leads the company's growth, guided by seasoned advisors and senior board members. Yash’s passion for innovation and his deep expertise play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future vision.

Prof. A.S.Khanna
Prof. A.S. Khanna, a retired professor from IIT Bombay, boasts 27 years of experience in teaching and research, specializing in High Temperature Corrosion, Coatings, Surface Engineering, and nano-coatings. He has guided 27 Ph.D. scholars, 125 Masters students, and has published over 300 papers with 4500+ citations. Prof. Khanna is an award-winning expert, holding prestigious fellowships from Germany, Norway, and Japan, and has served as a visiting professor in Germany and France. He is a renowned coating specialist, consulting for industries like Hindustan Zinc on galvanization, Sterling & Wilson on solar power plant sites, and the oil & gas sector on coatings for pipelines and offshore structures. He has also authored three books and edited four.
